We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- The product is not as described
- The wrong item, color, or variant was delivered
- Your order never arrived (lost in transit)
- You simply change your mind within 30 days (item must be unused and in original condition)

Return Requirements
For eligible returns, please ensure:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging (for change-of-mind returns)
- A photo or video showing the issue (for damaged or incorrect items)
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email is acceptable)
Items That Do NOT Require Physical Return
To save you time and cost, we may not require you to return the product if:
- The item is damaged
- The cost of return shipping is too high
- The product is low-value or heavy
In those cases, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement after validating the issue.
Refund Process
Once your request is approved, refunds will be:
- Returned to the original payment method
- Processed within 3–7 business days
- Visible in your bank statement depending on your bank/credit card provider
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to our fault (damaged item, incorrect product, not as described), we cover 100% of the cost.
- If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
